Born and raised in New York, Kevin is not rare to South Florida. With a career in IT for several Fortune 500 companies, including Pepsi Cola, Kevin & his family moved here for good in 2001 after a 8 year return to the tri-state area.
Kevin subscribes to the local belief that Jupiter is a hidden gem, and his family loves the ambiance, the sea, the fantastic restaurants and the great golf courses, which he’d like to play more often.
As a decade-long residential mortgage broker, Kevin learned everything about getting real estate deals to the finish line, including the emotional involvement of the client. He understands that these transactions MUST include a strong interpersonal relationship between the realtor and the clients, and he prides himself on forming those relationships as the primary reason for his business success.
Kevin believes that real estate is much more than simply buying or selling a home. His ability listen and to place the client’s needs first, along with his knowledge of the Jupiter, Tequesta and Juno Beach communities, enables him to truly enjoy helping clients to buy or sell their home.
Whether your move is across the street or across the country, Kevin is dedicated to listening to your needs and to serving you with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Perhaps it is this commitment to personal service that keeps his clients coming back time after time and recommending him to their friends and family.
